Ok. John Fogarty seems to think he will but I'm sure the man himself must know!

Only Feely named alright White Bridge. Would have thought Daniel very suited to this game but with his propensity for injuries maybe not a bad thing.

Hurlers face Rossies (H), Mayo (A) and Wickla (A) in Group 1 of the Christy Ring Cup in case you missed the fanfare/ live TV coverage etc. It's round robin this year.

To be fair only 21 on panel, think Daniel missed out due to his tendancy to go missing in big games when the going gets tough think he will become better this year with Kildare and grow Kevin always had the attributes for this just hope he not spotted over there and gets his head turned!

Wouldn't say Joe Kernan was too concerned about either side performance in those games

Bit harsh fone, Feely was poor against Galway as were most of his team mates apart from Kelly. Both Armagh and Moorefield kept the ball well away from him deliberately and his influence was reduced. It was an opportunity for both Cribben and Connell to step up and both failed.
Strange that neither player attracts the same attention or blame as he does. If Kildare and Athy are ever to win anything they will need more players actually trying to win the ball and not rely on one player so much.

Big players get involved in the game themselves, no team can keep the ball away from them for 60 minutes.

I have seen Colm Cooper, Maurice Fitzgerald, Peter Canavan, Diarmuid Connolly, Sean Cavanagh, Oisín McConville, Cillian O'Connor, Michael Murphy, Colm McFadden, Darragh Ó Sé, Bryan Fenton, Aidan O'Shea, Brian Mullins, Jack O'Shea, Liam McHale, Willie Joe Padden, Jarlath Burns, Brian McGuigan, Brian McGilligan, Larry Tompkins, Shea Fahy, Johnny Doyle, Leo Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, the original Ronaldo, Roy Keane, Jack Nicklaus, Rory McIlroy, Annalise Murphy and the rest have games where they weren't at their best, dominant or couldn't get into it at all. I'm not gonna dog a guy who has two years of adult football played.

Just a question for anyone from Clogherinkoe/ broadford. If you live on the north of the n4 ie out towards longwood what team would you play for? Longwood or clogherinkoe? I would imagine cloghs but longwood but would closer. I think there are many clubs in kildare which would have players from neighbouring counties

That area you mention is all in Kildare bigball........the Meath border is the blackwater and boyne rivers which are very close to Longwood. Any lads currently from that area are playing for Clogherinkoe of Johnstownbridge.

for a good few underage matches in newbridge and intermediate championship matches in newbridge, there wasnt enough umpires assigned for the matches..this isnt an anti county board post, but something needs to be done at this....supporters being stung at a championship match to umpire or do the line is wrong and puts them in awkward postions. sorry for the off topic post
